Il Volo del Angelo, literally, “The Flight of an Angel” was the words longest, fastest and highest zipline when it was built. The idea spawned when a farmer wanted a faster way to get from one village, on the steep cliffs of the Dolomites in Italy to another village on the other side of the valley. While no longer the longest zipline, it still claims the record for the fastest, reaching a ear-bleeding 120km per hour.
